BIM Coordination at Kempsey Hospital

Services provided on the Kempsey Hospital Project:

Builder appointment via mechanical contractor. LOD300.

Commissioned to manage the design BIM coordination process between all contractors 3D models. We were appointed for construction BIM management, producing an execution plan and outline report to which the sub-contractors followed for their BIM setup and standards. We provided the mechanical contractor with their BIM workshop drawings / models complete with BIM fabrication files to enable direct cutting in the factory.
